Rabbits Available For AdoptionIf you would like to provide a loving forever home for any of the rabbits featured on this page please complete our Adoption Enquiry Form.
All of our rabbits will be neutered and vaccinated before re-homing. We believe that as social animals it is important for rabbits to have company of their own kind. Our rabbits will therefore be re-homed in bonded pairs/groups or will be re-homed to live with an existing neutered rabbit. Occasionally rabbits cannot be kept with other rabbits. If this applies to any rabbit it will be stated in their individual description.
We require new owners to have appropriately sized accommodation for rabbits. Sadly many hutches/cages manufactured for rabbits are not suitable and do not allow rabbits to move/stretch freely. As a guide the RSPCA and Rabbit Welfare Association suggest a minimum hutch size of 6ftx2ftx2ft for a medium sized pair of rabbits.
Available for adoption
Sam and Jack - Are male litter mates and have been at Camp Nibble since they were nine weeks old. They were living in rat infested conditions and came into us with six other members of their family. They are now ten months old and are living happily together as a pair. They are both in good health. Their mother was a medium sized cross breed and their father was a little Netherland dwarf. These boys are both very sweet natured but are shy.
Oliver and Abigail - have been at Camp Nibble since they were nine weeks old. They were living in rat infested conditions and came into us with six other members of their family. They are now ten months old. Their mother was a medium sized cross breed, Oliver however is more like his father who was a little Netherland dwarf. This pair are both very sweet natured but are shy.
Rebecca, Sophie and Julie - Are lionhead crosses and all small/medium sized. They came to stay with us with their mum and brother after their owner passed away. All of the bunnies are siblings. However, Rebecca is from a different litter to the other two. Rebecca (Brown) is around a year old and Sophie and Julie are a little younger. We would like this group of three rabbits to be re-homed together as they have a close bond. They are all very sweet natured and healthy but are all fairly shy.
Dale and Ronnie - came to us with their three brothers, they were an unplanned litter. Their previous owner was unable to cope wth them once they began fighting due them all being kept together as a group of five un-neutered males. They are medium sized english spot/ lop crosses around ten months old and in good health. Dale (grey) can't decide whether to be a lop or not and has one uppy ear and one lop ear! Neither of these rabbits is particularly aggressive, they can in fact be very friendly and will make lovely pets. However, they have both given one off nasty bites! Both bites have occurred when we have had our arms in their cage interfering with their territory (we should know better!) They are very unlikely to be aggressive outside of their cage. However, due to their unpredictable nature these bunnies are best suited to an adult owner who wouldn't hold it against them if they ended up getting a random bite off one of them.
Leo & Eleanor - Leo is a medium sized rabbit with a fluffy mane and a sweet but shy nature. He is estimated to be around a year old. Leo was rescued along with another rabbit after being abandoned by his owner's. Along with the bunnies the owners had left behind an aquarium of tropical fish (which had sadly all died by the time they were found) and a cat with several kittens. They had been left for around eight weeks before Leo and his friend were removed from the property. His partner Eleanor is a friendly outgoing ten month old medium sized cross breed in good health. She was surrendered with her five babies and three babies from another litter after someone's bunnies bred out of control.

Debs and Alan - Are very sweet netherland dwarfs who we estimate to be around one to two years old. They were found wondering the streets with three other nethies. These little bunnies are healthy although they have both had their insicors (front teeth) removed on the advice of our rabbit specialist. It is very likely that they were born with their insicors misaligned which is common in this breed. We find that bunnies cope really well without their front teeth (and of course can't bite or be destructive he! he!) These bunnies have been assessed by a recognised rabbit specialist and there is no evidence of any other dental problems in either bunny.

Reggie - Is a medium/large rabbit with a good nature. He is estimated to be around 3/4 years old and is in good health. Reggie was rescued along with another rabbit after being abandoned by his owner's. Along with the bunnies the owners had left behind an aquarium of tropical fish (which had sadly all died by the time they were found) and a cat with several kittens. They had been left for around eight weeks before Reggie and his friend were removed from the property.
Gerry - Is a lively six month old english cross in good health. He was found wondering around an allotment with his mum after their owner passed away.
Jessie - Is a good natured one year old healthy cross breed. He is a medium sized bunny.
*RESERVED* Jermaine - This stunning little man was found abandoned in a plastic box in a wood by someone on their way back from the pub! Jermaine is a healthy young Dwarf Lop, we estimate that he is no older than a year.

*RESERVED* Flop - Flop's original owner named him Flop because he has one floppy ear! He is a lovely two year old dwarf lop in good health. Sadly his owner was unable to take him with her when she relocated.
Available bunnies with special needs
Kent and Baby - Kent is a lovely laid back boy who we estimate to be around three years old. He was confiscated along with several other rabbits who were being kept in very cruel conditions, sadly not all of these rabbits survived. The RSPCA vets that originally assessed Kent diagnosed him as having suffered a stroke. We have recently had him assessed by a recognised rabbit specialist and no longer believe this to be the case. He has unexplained paralysis of the facial muscle on one side of his face and appears to be blind in the eye on the same side. The cause of this is unknown. He is currently being treated for mild snuffles.
Baby is a stunning two year old Netherland dwarf rabbit. She has sadly had quite a lot of disruption in her her life for a young rabbit and has had several homes. The stress of this has left her prone to mild snuffles which may be permanent, she is otherwise in good health. Kent and Baby are currently living as a bonded pair and are to be re-homed together.
Noddy - Noddy is a two year old Dwarf lop with a good nature. He was surrendered by his owners when he became ill. He currently has a badly infected eye which he could possibly loose caused by a severe tear duct infection. We hope that Noddy will be well enough to re-home in the future. He is currently not available for adoption and is undergoing treatment/assessment.
Baby bunnies available soon - these bunnies will not be avilable for adoption until they are old enough to be safely neutered.
Parsley, Clover & Basil - These three ten week old brothers were surrendered with another litter of five babies and their mother after someone's bunnies bred out of control. Five brothers from the same household had joined us a couple of months earlier for the same reason. The five brothers had clearly been allowed to have some fun with the ladies before they were surrendered to us! We have everything crossed that we have now prevented this family from growing any larger!
Ashley, Benjamin, Graham, Oscar & Otis - These five cheeky six week old bunnies (four boys and one girl) were surrendered with their mother an another litter of three babies after someone's bunnies bred out of control. Five brothers from the same household had joined us a couple of months earlier for the same reason. The five brothers had clearly been allowed to have some fun with the ladies before they were surrendered to us! We have everything crossed that we have now prevented this family from growing any larger!
*RESERVED* Binky - This adorable mini lop bunny is only three months old, we expect him to be a small bunny once fully grown. Little Binky was bought as a surprise present for someone who was unable to keep him. His breeder refused to take him back leaving him sadly in rescue for no good reason. Please note that Binky is not available to be adopted on his own. He will either be bonded to a suitable small breed female at Camp Nibble or be re-homed to a household with an existing lonely female rabbit.
Sanctuary Rabbits - Not available for adoption due to ongoing health issues.
Angie – Angie, now eight and a half was surrendered to us at seven and a half years old. She is a beautiful beige lop with a fantastic temperament. Angie arrived in very poor condition she was underweight and required urgent dental treatment. A visit to the rabbit specialist Frances Harcourt Brown revealed that Angie had teeth growing into her tongue which was badly damaged. She had been dribbling so much that that her saliva had burnt her skin leaving her sore and bald down one leg. Since joining us she has needed many expensive dental operations but has a new lease of life. She has even found love in her old age and lives with a permanent resident rabbit Peter who is the same age. Angie will remain here as a loved member of the Camp Nibble family as she will require ongoing veterinary care for the rest of her days.

Ada - Ada is a three year old albino Rex ringed show rabbit. She was left in a box in parkland with another rabbit. Ada has a hugely enlarged heart which affects her breathing. She will require daily medication for the rest of her life. Her long term prognosis is not good although she is still a fiesty madam who appears to be enjoying life. We will make sure that she is loved and as happy as possible here at Camp Nibble until her illness is affecting her quality of life.
